Mary O’Regan, HR Research Manager, UCC who will outline the Odyssey Programme, a researcher specific development programme unique to UCC.
Dr. Rich Ferrie, Director of UCC Innovation who will explain the process and opportunities to spin out research and/or technology.
Myriam Cronin, Manager GatewayUCC who will elaborate on the SPRINT Programme, an accelerator programme developed out of GatewayUCC.
Dr. Ed Fagan, SFI Industry Fellow at Ampyx Power who will speak about his recent experience on the I Corps Programme in the US.
Neil Kerrigan – Head of Industry Led Research & Collaboration Programmes & Claire Walsh – Senior Commercialisation Specialist from Enterprise Ireland who will speak about the Commercialisation Fund & other EI supports.
Dr. Wendy Oke, CEO of TeachKloud, who has successfully transitioned from researcher to entrepreneur and who has availed of many of the entrepreneurship programmes and supports available in the region.
