Mapping the Role of End-of-Life Tyres for a Sustainable Circular Economy in Ireland (ENTYRE)
Mapping the Role of End-of-Life Tyres for a Sustainable Circular Economy in Ireland (ENTYRE) is a 12-month research project based in the Research Ireland MaREI Centre in University College Cork. This project is funded under the EPA Research Programme 2021-2030. The EPA Research Programme is a Government of Ireland initiative funded by the Department of the Environment, Climate and Communications.
In this workshop, the ENTYRE project team will present its research findings on how Ireland can valorise end-of-life tyres (ELTs) for an effective circular economy based on technical feasibility, policy compliance, environmental impact, and economic sensibility.
We welcome all stakeholders of the tyre and ELT management industry and circular economy to participate in our workshop and explore with us challenges, opportunities, and pathways enabling the shaping of the future of ELT management within Ireland and beyond.
