Introduction

The Causeway project is an EU funded project, undertaken by Gas Networks Ireland in partnership with NUI Galway. The project aims to introduce a network of 14 compressed natural gas (CNG) filling stations, supports for a fleet on CNG vehicles and a biomethane injection facility to the Irish gas grid for the 1st time.
